  1. I do doubles from time to time. It is always a challenge, but I think it’s such a great exercise of mental determination. Doubles make me feel invincible mentally — not always physically. Hahah!

    The Yoga Nerd Throw Downs have been great for boosting morale and for staying motivated. Just knowing that other people are up for it makes the challenge seem less insane than it normally might.
